Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

PetImage is designed to turn pet photos into safe, creative digital portraits. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every upload, generation request, generated image, account, and use of the service.

Allowed Use

You may upload pet photos that you own or are authorized to use and create lawful pet portraits for personal or commercial purposes, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use PetImage to upload, generate, request, promote, or distribute:

• sexual, pornographic, explicit, NSFW, nude, or sexually suggestive content;
• any sexualized content involving minors or animals;
• images of people for face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, identity impersonation, or deceptive media;
• graphic violence, gore, abuse, or cruelty toward people or animals;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or exploitative content;
• illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• malware, fraud, payment abuse, automated account abuse, or attempts to bypass moderation, credits, security, or rate limits; or
• content or activity prohibited by our payment, hosting, AI, or infrastructure providers.

PetImage is a pet-portrait product, not a general-purpose human image generator. Do not upload a person's photo as the subject of a generation request.

Moderation and Enforcement

Generation prompts may be screened by automated moderation before they reach an AI model. We treat both flag and deny moderation decisions as blocked requests. We may also review suspected abuse when reasonably necessary.

PetImage may reject a request, remove content, restore or withhold credits as appropriate, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when this Policy is violated. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant service provider or authority when required by law.

Reporting

Report suspected violations to PetImage Support at support@petimage.app. Include the relevant URL or generation details, but do not resend illegal or explicit material unless requested through a secure channel.

Changes

We may update this Policy as product, safety, legal, or provider requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
