Your photos are used only to create your portraits. They are processed by our hosting, storage and AI-generation providers for that purpose, are never shown publicly unless you share a portrait, and you can ask support@petimage.app to delete them at any time.
Most portraits are delivered at about 1800 × 2400 pixels (a 3:4 portrait), which prints sharply up to around 8 × 10 inches. PetImage delivers a digital file, not a physical print, so you can use any print shop you like.
Try a clearer, front-facing photo first, since that makes the biggest difference. If a portrait still doesn’t capture your pet, reply to any PetImage email or write to support@petimage.app and we’ll refund that credit.
No subscription is needed. One-time credits never expire: one portrait is $2.99, 10 portraits are $7.99 and 40 portraits are $19. Monthly memberships are optional for people who create often.
